Since a few days ago, I was trying to call them using their number 631-0899. There are times that the line is busy while there were times that it is but in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Using my cellphone, I've been calling up so that I'd be able to talk to the DJs as well as havinga 15-second round of fame in radio, hehehe. They do answer but because i'm very nervous on actually talking to them on my cell, I quickly hang it up waaghh(Plus, I don't have much load left in my cell to talk anyway! )
Some of the programs that I've called so far are the following: Good Times With Mo, CJ and Sarah, Boys Night Out, and Mid-Day Play. I feel embarassed since most of the calls that had made it through I had to hang up since I don't really expect to have someone answer given that during most of the day, telephone hotlines of FM stations are all clogged up so there's less a chance for one to get through.
Well at least, by the time I got home yesterday, I try to call Magic again for one "ast" time and guess what? Sarah answered my call but too bad it didn't make it on the radio as they just playing a song. here's how it goes:
Sarah: Hello?
Me: Hi, Is this Magic 89?
Sarah: Yeah it is. May I know who's calling?
Me: I'm James...Uhm it's my first time to call...
Sarah: So how's it going James?
Me: Just got home
Sarah: Got home from work?
Me: Nah, I just got home from school...
Sarah: Okay, thanks for calling James :)
Me: yeah thanks!
That's what happened I guess last night. I can't get over to the fact that a DJ actually talked to me. I better do this more often :)
been there, done that...i've done the caller thing at HiT FM...ramon bautista, angel rivero and tado were the DJs of the show...i have called like, thrice and i loved it until it had lots of listeners...i stayed away from radio ever since.
