The CSB Experience 2: Confirmed (The Last One)

Wow! After 10 years and 2 months since I had my First Holy Communion, I finally got to become a confirmed Roman Catholic, 10 years and 2 months later.

I've been urging my mom during those yeas to have me have my kumpil/confirmation for the sake of completing my initiation as a Catholic. Not that I'm deeply religious and all, but as I get older, so does the greater urgency to undergo in the eventuality that I might get married.

I hate my youngest brother. He get to have his before I do a couple of months back, when my old high school alma mater finally realized the need to confirm their more than 100 unconfirmed students!

Good thing that CSB usually offers a "Kumpilang Bayan"/"Mass Confirmation" every February of the year or else I won't be able to time feast days on the two parishes both near my house.

The only thing I remembered from the confirmation yesterday beside getting myself a new haircut and dress all up in a formal attire is being slapped all of a sudden by the bishop (not Cardinal Rosales). Although I expect a slap from him, I didn't saw that hard of a slap coming. It just came out of nowhere! Hahahaha!
