1. Breakfast: Cereals/Oatmeal/Tuna and Milk
2. Lunch: Chicken (Roast, Garlic, Sinigang, Adobo, etc), Veggies, Fish
3. Dinner: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish, Squid, Shrimp, Vegetables, and Pasta.
Usual merienda: Banana, banana bread, fruit juices, water, any fruit (if at school), Biscuits and chocolate Milk (if at home)
