I Looked Too Young

This happened a few hours ago. I was in the gym working out and there was these two men who went past me and took some dumbbells. They were talking to each other so I I really didn't mind much.

But that was until, one of them looked at me and asked I was old enough to hold this pair of 15-pound. dumbbells I was carrying. I said "Yes...". He asked for my age and was surprised when he knew that I'm eighteen years old. So he was like "Really? You looked too young to be 18, though".

I don't know if what he just said was a compliment. And I ask you guys, do I really looked that young for my age?

He told me that he used to be like me when he was starting out. Then he asked me from what school I attend to, I said to him that I go to CSB. 

"CSB? Dude, alam mo iyung CSB?" He asked his friend.

"...CSB...Iyung nasa harap ng La Salle..." His friend answered.

"Mmmmm..." I just said to myself.

Laughing matter yes. I just couldn't see myself younger than my actual age in front of a mirror. I mean, 18 year-old guys have varying looks, some looked too old while the're those who looked too young. But never do I considered myself as looking too young for my age.

Weird!
